Ken Martinson, Principal

For over 30 years Ken has helped families, business owners, and qualified plan fiduciaries meet their financial objectives and responsibilities.

Ken is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) , a Certified Investment Management Consultant (CIMC), Series 7 General and 63 State Securities Licensed, Series 24 Principal Licensed and Series 65 Investment Advisor Licensed. He is also insurance licensed in several States.

Ken graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration from Seattle Pacific University in 1974. Shortly thereafter he joined the international CPA firm of Ernst and Ernst (now Ernst & Young).

He began his career as an investment professional in 1984. As a Principal of Martinson Stoller Advisors, Ken offers a wide range of investment and financial advisory services to individuals, families, business, and sponsors of participant-directed 401(k) profit sharing and trustee directed (pooled) retirement plans.

Ken has been an active member in Rotary International since 1985 and has chaired numerous committees and served several terms on the Board of Directors.

Ken resides in Danville, California.

Curt Stoller

Curt Stoller, Principal

With over 25 years of experience in the Retirement Planning arena, Curt brings a high level of expertise and passion to the work he does with and for each client.

Curt has an in-depth knowledge of qualified retirement plans including 401(k), Profit Sharing, Money Purchase, Defined Benefit, Cash Balance, ESOPs, and other stock compensation arrangements. As a Consultant, Curt has served both large and small plan sponsors and trustee(s), assisting them administer and manage their retirement plans, prudently invest plan assets, and meeting their responsibilities as fiduciaries.

Early in his career, as a member of Coopers and Lybrand’s Actuarial, Benefits and Compensation Consulting Group, he served national companies in the area of benefit design and administration. Currently Curt is President of The Stoller Company, Inc., a consulting and retirement plan administration firm, President of Stoller Insurance Services, Inc. and Principal of Martinson Stoller Advisors.

In addition to his qualified plan background, Curt has a broad range of expertise in retirement planning, tax planning, and investment management that he shares with his clients to deliver the best service and advice possible.

Curt resides in Lafayette, California with his wife, Jeanette.
